Choosing the right Bridal Hair Accessories
There are so many choices to make when it come to bridal accessories, so you might be still trying to decide what to wear in your wedding day hair. So Im going to review the advantages and disadvantages of certain bridal hair accessories.
Tiaras
Youll more than likely know what a weddingtiara is and youll find hundreds of thousands to choose from by using the search function in Google. When you think of accessories for wedding dress chances are a tiara is at the top of your list. A huge advantage of choosing a tiara as your bridal hair accessory is the vast choice, however some brides feel that a tiara doesnt suit their style and prefer an alternative. Also unlike some of the other bridal hair accessories youre not going to get the opportunity to use your wedding tiara again after the big day.
Hair Pins
Hair pins make fantastic bridal hair accessories; they come in a range of styles from simple solitary Swarovski crystals on a pin or grip to intricate patterns of crystals and pearls. An advantage of weddinghair pins or grips is that they help hold the structure of your bridal hair style, plus they can be worn again. The disadvantage is that you will need to wear your hair up to make use of them and often this will require you having a hair dresser who is able to do your hair on your wedding day.
Headbands
The range of bridal headbands is growing everyday as an increasing number of brides are opting for this easy to position bridal hair accessory. Their main advantage is that they work with hair being pinned up or left loose and can easily be placed on to the head. impact] then a simple headband might not be for you.
Side Tiaras
Side tiaras are becoming more popular, mainly because they offer the ease of a hair band for placement but offer the focal point of a large hair pin or comb without the need to have your hair tied up. The only down side I can think of for this type of bridal hair accessory is that if you want a focal point at the front of your head, then a side tiara isnt for you.
Hair Vines
These bridal hair accessories are great if you want a more relaxed and romantic look. Hair vines come in a range of sizes, widths and patterns; they can be positioned in many areas such as around a bun, across the forehead, twisted within the hair, or used a as a hairband. To be honest I cant think of any disadvantages for hairvines, to me theyre fantastic.
I hope this has started to help you decide what types of bridal hair accessories are perfect for you. So I hope Ive been able to do that if not you can always email me at Wedding And Gems for more advice.
